The Thames River which can be used for navigation purpose flows from southwest to the eastern region of England which adds the scenic beauty of London. The Primerose hill, the Addington hill and the Parliament hill surrounds the flooded Thames valley. These hills do not act as barriers to London as they act as a port on the north side of Thames and so London is in the form of a circle roughly.
The climatic condition of London is temperate marine. Nearing the month of July, the climatic condition is warmer and has the highest temperature in August. In the month of July, the temperature is cool. There is very mild snowfall found at few times of the year.
London occupies the 3rd largest place in the financial sector and thus plays a very important role in many international markets. It is also said to have the leading insurance market in the world and also the largest ship broking market in the world. The western part of London is expensive and fashionable with many shopping and entertainment facilities. The eastern part of London has two ends. It can be said to have commercial value as it occupies the port and there is movement of many international passengers. And it is a developing side as well.
